The Rotary Club of San Marino held its first meeting at the San Marino Community Center, which recently completed a $8.4 million facelift. Ironically that construction project was on the top of the agenda Thursday afternoon as Mayor Steve Talt, City Manager Philippe Eskandar, and Community Services Director Cathi Johnson each went through a different aspect of the project. Johnson even led Rotarians on optional tours of the facility at the end of the meeting.
