The days have been passing quickly for new San Marino City Manager Phillippe Eskandar
Eskandar enjoyed the 4th of July festivities in Lacy Park, which he called “highly patriotic.”
He said he has “hit the ground running” since taking over for acting City Manager Marino Rueda and has scheduled meetings with city department heads and commissioners. Eskandar most recently worked in Westlake Village, where he served as city manager.
