5:17 AM / Incident Report / Los Robles Avenue / Wilson Avenue
Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation; however, the driver failed to yield. The driver proceeded at low speeds, disregarding multiple stop signs and a flashing red signal light. Due to increased traffic conditions and concerns for public safety, officers terminated the pursuit. This investigation remains ongoing.

Victim reported a theft involving the unlawful taking of equipment from their vehicle. Unknown suspects removed equipment from the vehicle and fled the area in an unknown direction. Party #1 was traveling West on Huntington Drive, while Party #2 was traveling South on San Marino Avenue. Party #1 entered the intersection on a red light and collided with Party #2. The primary collision factor was CVC §21453(a) – Running a Red Light.
7:13 PM / Hit & Run / Huntington Drive / St. Albans Road
Party #2 was traveling West on Huntington Drive, when they were rear ended by Party #1. Party #1 did not stop and continued to drive away from the scene. The primary collision factor was CVC §20002(a) – Hit & Run.

Victim reported a hidden video camera located at their residence. The device was hidden inside a planter and positioned to face directly toward their property. This investigation remains ongoing.

Victim reported a theft involving the unlawful taking of equipment from their vehicle. Unknown suspects removed equipment from the vehicle and fled the area in an unknown direction. Victim reported a theft involving the unlawful taking of equipment from their vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) used an unknown tool to pry open a utility compartment door and removed two (2) chainsaws. Party #1 was traveling West on Lorain Road on a motorcycle when they collided with Party #2, a parked and unoccupied vehicle at the time.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and upon further investigation, it was determined the driver was in violation for CVC §14601.2(a) – Driving with a License Suspended for DUI. Heidy Elizabeth Diaz (D.O.B. 06/22/1992, Pasadena) was issued an Own Recognizance citation and released in the field without incident.
1:16 PM / Hit and Run / 2400 Block of Mission Street
Party #1 was parked along the south curb of Mission Street and attempted to merge into traffic and collided with Party #2. Party #2 was traveling East on Mission Street. After the incident, Party #1 pulled over and attempted to exchange information; however, Party #2 continued driving and did not stop. Upon further investigation, Party #2’s vehicle was located, and it was later determined that the driver was unlicensed.
1:45 PM / Traffic Collision / Huntington Drive / Gainsborough Drive
Officers were dispatched to a solo vehicle traffic collision. Investigation revealed the driver experienced a medical emergency, causing the vehicle to collide with the center median and a speed limit post.

A report was taken to document the receipt of a mailing envelope containing miscellaneous information.

Victim reported theft of a delivered package from their residence. The suspect was described as a female wearing a top with ripped jeans and has visible tattoos.

Officers conducted a traffic stop. Upon the officer exiting their patrol vehicle, the suspect(s) fled the scene. Officers initiated a vehicle pursuit, which was later canceled due to public safety concerns. This investigation remains ongoing.
7:51 PM / Incident Report / California Boulevard / San Gabriel Boulevard
Officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. During the stop, the driver was in violation of CVC §12500(a) – Driving Without a License. A records check revealed the driver had one (1) outstanding warrant from Arcadia Police Department in violation of PC §148(a)(1) – Resisting Arrest, for a total amount of $25,000.00. Erwvin Rafael Estrada Ochoa (D.O.B. 06/19/2001, El Monte) was issued an Own Recognizance citation and released in the field without incident.

Officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. During the stop, the driver was in violation of CVC §12500(a) – Driving Without a License. A records check revealed the driver had two (2) outstanding warrant from Los Angeles Police Department for minor traffic related offenses, and from Glendale Police Department in violation of PC §530.5(c)(1) – Identity Theft, for a total amount of $25,000.00. Ernest Jones (D.O.B. 08/23/1983, Los Angeles) was issued an Own Recognizance citation and released in the field without incident.
