San Marino High School’s varsity basketball team won the Gold Division championship this past weekend at the Palm Springs basketball tournament. The Titans completed their weekend by defeating a tough Schurr team by a final score of 46-22 in the Gold Division championship game.
“Thanks to all of our parents and family members for coming out to support the team,” said head Coach Mihail Papadopulos. “It is so much fun to experience this journey together. We are incredibly proud of our San Marino family. Here’s to our seniors as this marks the last Palm Springs summer basketball event of their high school careers. We are proud of you for believing in TEAM and the WE.”
San Marino recorded key victories during the weekend over Fountain Valley, Calvary Chapel and Montebello.
