The City of San Marino will launch its Annual Sidewalk Replacement Program on Monday, August 11, 2025, as part of its ongoing commitment to improving public infrastructure and ensuring pedestrian safety.
Program to Upgrade Sidewalks Across the City
Each year, the program replaces approximately one mile of sidewalk at multiple locations throughout San Marino. Work includes the replacement of sidewalk panels, driveway approaches, curb ramps, and curbs and gutters to meet safety and accessibility standards.
Residents to Receive Notices from CJ Concrete
The City’s contractor, CJ Concrete, will distribute notices to residents in affected areas. These notifications will include details about the construction schedule, expected neighborhood impacts, and project guidelines for residents during the work period.
Enhancing Infrastructure and Walkability
The City appreciates the cooperation of residents as crews work to upgrade critical infrastructure. The improvements are designed to reduce hazards, enhance walkability, and support the long-term safety of the San Marino community.
